[muglo] OS Autoconnect

Under OS9 I could have the computer automatically connect to the ISP
if=20=
I attempted to Read Mail without first Connecting. I cannot find out=20
how to do this with OS X. Can someone tell me how to do this, if=20
possible =C9 (this should be a question mark - can one change this =C9
-=20=
must be a different keyboard setting!!!!)
