[muglo] Loading wallpapers onto iPhone

I downloaded some wall papers onto my iPhone and inadvertently transferred
them to my computer [a process which automatically deletes these images from
my iPhone after transfer]. How do I get these images back onto my iPhone
without transferring all the images in iPhoto? I couldn¹t find a way to do
this through iTunes. They are currently in a folder on my desktop.
