Yes, Tee - I forget to mention my thankfulness to you and Martin and
Leith for your recommendation.
I know from past messages here (Joan and others ) of the wide spread
dissatisfaction with Bell - see also some of my messages last year.
It makes so much sense to go to someone here in London with a localized
personal service - the Boss often answers the phone - rather than ten
levels of voice mail at Bell and then to be confronted with a foreign
accented gentleman in Montreal who has absolutely zilch knowledge of
Macs ! :(

I found the Larsen brothers extremely helpful and would recommend
others considering a change explore ISP.ca for their internet
connection.

I gather that Terry Steeper , well known to us Mac Londoners, is also
on hand to help out if needed - a good resource.

Ilbert

WWW - And a final thought from Walker's Wit & Wisdom ? :-)

It aint wot you know that counts - it's 'ooh you know !!
