I have just finished my teacher training for mindfulness based cbt and
stress reduction. Some of the runners/walkers have done one of the
courses. We could do some refresher sessions or taster sessions if
you're wondering what it's like. It would be about meditation but not
religious. If there is enough interest we could set up a wee sub group
and get a date to meet and plan how we want to do this.
