Sorry I am otherwise engaged on Wednesdays. Sounds good though.

Suggested plan for Weds 31st October is Ben Cleuch in Ochils above
Tillicoultry.
Proper hill (a Graham) but should be a good option as good tracks and not
a massive day out.
Walk highlands website has good description
https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/fife-stirling/ben-cleuch.shtml
Walk is 9.5km, 730m ascent, likely will take around 4-5hrs. Should be good
for dogs but they would likely need to be on a lead initially and towards
end of walk (steep ground off the path).
Drive should take just over 1hr from Bearsden, up M80 and then via M876
and A908 to Tillicoultry. Parking is at Upper Mill Street Tillicoultry (you
can set sat nav eg googlemaps for FK13 6BE as destination).
Suggest leave around 9am, get there for about 1015am, and aim to set off
walking by 1030.
If we have coffee and bun afterwards in Tillicoultry we should still be
home by 5pm.
You will need hat and gloves, waterproofs, couple of warm layers and
packed lunch.
I have OS map – but if you also have one I suggest bring it so we have
more than one in the group.
Any last minute issues you can get me on my mobile 07801199910.
Hope some of you can come.
David
PS Robyn, Could you let Mike and Val know? I don’t have their email. Ta Dx
