Matt, most of these settings are stored in registry 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\ key. what you can 
do is export this key before running the sysprep. Then run the registry file as 
a command to be executed at logon in the sysprep.inf file using GuiRunOnce or 
something, or get a batch file to run the registry file quietly.

If you look at the KB article referenced below, you'll see that even though 
your image has specific network settings (ie. IPX frame type and IP DNS 
settings), those get overridden by sysprep and the Windows default settings 
apply. I want to either manually set the settings, or I want the settings 
in the image to apply.
