If it comes as an attachment, most times you will have to execute it. If it
is embedded in html or a script, then I think it can be trouble for those
who has the preview pane option turned on like say in OE.  I think Neil is
probably better at answer that part as far as OE and outlook. I don't use OE
and I think Outlook handles it differently.
