[mswindowsxp] Removing Bogus WinXP Listing in Startup

I ran BOOTCFG under the Windows Repair Console and accidentally added a bogus
boot header on a PC, making it appear that the PC has two operating systems
installed.
Is there a way to remove the bogus boot header? Please advise. Thanks.
