I saw that, and responded elsewhere that she was part of SBC which I am as
well, but it didn't dawn on me that she was trying to get mail from SBC. :-O
The specific addresses would be: pop.sbcglobal.net and smtp.sbcglobal.net
Of course she knows her username and PW. :-)
