Without the Active Directory, you would probably have to set each one
manually (via local security settings) or registry entries.  I would
probably go with Local Security Policy - If you use ghost you could set
this up in your image file.  =20

Unfortunately, AD first is not going to happen here. We just won't use
many=20
of the benefits until later. However, can user's still mess with the=20
network settings and such as Power User's?
