Ah, thanks! :-) Probably the e-mail address or the guy probably (or possibly) don't know he/she is sending it, and also, it might not even be the guy/gal. Although the list itself is in the TO: header, the list itself doesn't allow attachments, thus everyone who received this message, basically were mailed direct. This is my theory of course.
