Linda they do have a place on the server which is their own but the problem is having outlook give them the e-mail configuration as they log in. When they login to the computer they get a desktop that is set up for them by me and not a personalized one. In fact we have a "hard drive protector" which prevents them changing any parameters on the local computer. The files they save are saved on the server in their name and only they have access to these files. I may be missing something but I don't see how to configure Outlook for common usage. Maybe I should build a pst file that is included in their login script as I do for mapped drives that everybody needs? Can this be done? How? Errol On Thursday 25 May 2006 15:11, Linda F.
