The pupils each have a different username. The e-mail "belongs" to the computer. There are an unknown number of pupils who may use each computer. It isn't possible to set up the e-mail for each potential user. In XP the definitions of the e-mail aren't transfered to each user. That is what I'm trying to achieve. Each user has to re-configure the e-mail. For example the settings are: email address: computer2@xxxxxxxxxx pop3: pop.school.com smtp: smtp.school.com None of these remain when a new user logs in. The reason is clear, in XP there is a separation of users (unlike windows98). I need to have the Outlook keep these definitions for ALL users. Can it be done?
