Did you try rebooting, Susan? Sometimes, low system resources causes this
and a system reboot fixes it. Or maybe your control key is stuck? Since
ctrl+tab makes tab just give you tabs in Outline mode, this could also be
it. Try tapping both of your ctrl keys to see if that fixes it.

All of a sudden my tab key has lots in functionality with in the outline
mode. So now pressing tab actually gives me a tab instead of taking me to
the next level of my outline. Help!!!
I use word 2002 and this just seemed to happen all of a sudden
