How bout in "Com Add-ins" instead of Addin Manager?

I just noticed that I don't have any addins for Norton either and I use
Norton (so I assume Norton doesn't do it with an addin)

The only other thing I can think of is go into Norton's properties and see
if the Office Addin is checked...this causes lots of different problems and
is totally unnecessary so uncheck that if it is checked.

All of the posts I saw on the MS newsgroups referring to this error were
fixed by uninstalling Norton and reinstalling it...you might want to check
Symantec's website and see if it's mentioned there. From what I can see,
it's a Norton problem and not an Outlook problem...check MS's Outlook
newsgroups and you may feel the same...but I can't be positive.

I have tried that but there are no Norton add ins listed. And there are =
no
add-ins checked (or enabled)
