Hi Cindy I don't know why the format of your graphs is changing, but this is how I paste excel graphs into word, and I've never had that probelm: Create the graph as a new sheet rather than as an object in the current sheet Select it and copy, then paste special as a picture or bitmap Resize if necessary (right click on graph and choose format | picture) I use a minimum of 14 point Arial bold on the chart for readability.
