Yes, Robert...I'm familair with this whole procedure...and I have found that
just running ipconfig /release and /renew often does this even faster than
all the unplugging and replugging

But, for me, that stuff only helps me when I'm having problems getting to
ALL websites....in this case, I could get to all websites just fine EXCEPT
freelists (which has happened to me twice before)...becuz it seems to just
magically fix itself, I have to assume it's just some hiccup in the way my
server talks to the freelists server...so plugging and unplugging stuff in
my Office isn't going to have an effect...

This is not an MSO comment but rather one for you. A technician from my isp 
(Adelphia) privately admitted to me Adelpia frequently caused 
'communication' problems in effort to keep things running smoothly. He 
suggested before I call them for tech support (which is difficult for me),
