[mso] contacts to address book -solution

Hi All (and especiallyTam)
The eventual solution to the whole saga of applying my contacts to the
address book was the inevitable, I guess. After really trying EVERYTHING I
exported my mails etc. as a pst file, uninstalled the outlook by
reinstalling the rest of office without outlook. After all that was done, I
then re-installed outlook and imported mail and contact list. Everything
then came right and all is well.
Thanks again to Tam who pointed me in the right direction and when
re-installing I was then abe to make the correct decisions.
