[mso] can't open Word 2007

I didn't get any response to this last post so I am trying again.

I pasted your direct link in & ended up the same way. I thought I was up to
date on the service packs, but when I looked I did not see the service
converter so I went to get that. Still ended up on the page telling me it
can't be displayed. I tried the link Martha suggested & ended up lost as to
what to do.
Any other thoughts?

One thing you should know... IF you aren't up to date on service packs, =

compatibility pack won't install. So, if it still won't install when you
grab it from the direct link, try checking to ensure that you have SP2 =

I have Word 2003 & I received an attachment written in Word 07. It =
wouldn't
open so I followed the instructions to download whatever I needed to =

it. I have tried three times & still cannot download it as all I get is =

I need this information sheet for my job tomorrow morning. Can someone =
