[mso] Workgroup Templates

Just wanted to let the group know that this problem has been solved. Turns
out that in my Monday morning brain fog I was drilling too far down when
setting the location for Workgroup Templates. Once we figured that out
things worked like a charm. I always amaze myself with my level of
"dunceness". :-)
