I have formatted almost all my Word templates to a view size of "page width". If I open a document somebody else has created (or indeed modified from my original) the view size may be different. That's fair enough but often the next time I open one of my templates the view size isn't set to my default any longer. What do I need to do to override this? Also, slightly OT, can anybody tell me (off the list if necessary) how to ensure that if I click on a hyperlink in an email the IE window will open full screen and not some itsy bitsy tiny little thing I can hardly find on my screen!
