Yeah, I never looked into it deeper, but I believe they finally did come out
with a new drivers.

Hi Dian,
Thanks for jogging my memory about the HP driver -- now I remember that.
We have an HP 4200 printer here in my office and we haven't had this problem
much since we started using it. My client who has the problem a lot is
using an HP 4050 printer, so maybe it's time for me to look for a new driver
for her printer.
