Lisa, It is a pretty large document. i think what I might have to do is go throughit manually, and create a special style to format the acronyms (maybe Acronym or something like it) so that I can search for it later. The purpose, as I'm sure you have discerned, is to create a comprehensive list ofacronyms used and their definitions. I was hoping to not have to reply on a manual process to identify acronyms, but that's life. I'm surprised that this isn't something that others have needed in the past.
