[mso] Want to Reload Clean Version of Microsoft Outlook?

I downloaded a spam program to work with my Outlook software. I wasn't
happy with its performance so I removed the program. Ever since Outlook has
had various problems. I removed Outlook and reloaded using my Office disc.
Unfortunately it remembered my settings and I assume the original problems.
How do can I get a clean load without reminates of the old settings.
