Hi Debbie,

You may need to set your default programs.

Control Panel/ Internet Options/Programs. Under Internet programs/Set
Programs. When the list populates, click Microsoft Office Outlook.

Subject: [mso] URL Failure in Outlook

Hello All,

I have just recently switched back to using IE (8 now) after few years of
using a browser called Maxthon. I have never had problems with a link
working properly in Outlook messages until I switched my default browser
back to IE. Now I get the following error message:

General Failure. The URL was: <link appears here> Application not found.

I have set IE as my default explorer, and it seems to work correctly
everywhere but in Outlook.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Many thanks!

Debbie
