You just got it: the ListCommands macro. Produces 26 pages of Word
commands, their shortcuts and what menu they are in.

The more common shortcuts are listed under Keyboard Shortcuts in Help and,
finally, go to http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/index.htm and click the
General tab. There you can find lots of information for frustrated WP
users to work with including Reveal Codes, shortcuts, primary differences
(or, how to change the way you think).
