[mso] Small Business Books

I am looking for a book or site that can give me some simple directions
in how to set up a set of books (invoices, spreadsheets, inventory, etc)
with Excel XP. I have been studying this program and know a fair amount
but there are a few areas where I'm not sure what the easiest way to go
about it is. Any ideas? I'm looking for SIMPLE!
