Go to Tools>Advanced Find...then in that box, up at the top, use the
dropdown where it says "Look for" and choose "Files"

Subject: [mso] Searching in Outlook 2002 for attachments

Does anyone know if we are able to search attachments? For example, I
don't know who sent the email, when it was sent, or anything else, but I
know the filename of the attachment.

Thanks,

Michele B. Wong
