Were these forms prepared with a mail merge or something? Cuz if so, they aren't really separate pages...they are separate sections instead, so when you go to File>Print and choose to just print the current page, it will print the whole file. A better way to do it would be to drag your mouse across what you want to print to highlight it, then go to File>Print and choose to print "Selection" Linda Publisher ~ ABC ~ All 'Bout Computers Owner ~ Linda's Computer Stop http://personal-computer-tutor.com FREE MS Office eBook Tutorial http://personal-computer-tutor.com/library.htm -----Original Message----- From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of irwin Sent: Tuesday, November 19, 2002 9:20 PM To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] SPLITTING UP WORD 97 DOCUMENT At work I am using windows 95 (yes I did say 95) with word 97. I have an 80 page word document where on each page is a computer inventory form filled out. Whenever I try to print a certain page the whole 80 pages prints. Is there any way I can split this up and save each page individually ? ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=unsubscribe Or, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu.
