[mso] RULES IN OUTLOOK

I am ashamed to ask this but I am having big problems in Rules with the
latest version and updated 2003 Office. I can not get it to move a note?
No it moves the note but leaves it in the inbox. When I look at the rules it
says move it? Which it does but it leaves it there also?
I know it must be simple but Damned if I can see it! I have used Outlook for
ever and have always wrote the rules to do what I want but this time no go.
