Tiffani,

I don't know if what you see below is the the way it came through to you,
but what appears as:
"=3DAND" should be "[equals sign]AND" and "=3D""" should be "[equals
sign][two quote signs, with no spaces].

Also, I didn't select the whole row when I tried it: just the relevant
cells.  I don't know if that makes a difference.
