I am getting a prompt to save changes to Normal.dotm even when I just open word and close it. Every time I close Word I get the prompt. I have deleted or renamed all startup templates and disabled addins in trust center. If I start using /a it is OK. I do not know where else to look for the rouge program which is, presumably, altering a toolbar or something each time I start. The only clue is that there was a tab ?Add-Ins? with an item on it called, I think, something Toolbar, which was always unclickable. This has now disappeared, not sure why. MS Office diagnostics says no problems.
