Sure, you could set the fotn to Tahoma, Arial, whatever you like and use
that font to spell out the name, THEN give the example. Using your code:
Sub PrintAllColinsFonts()

For Each InstalledFont In FontNames
    With Selection
        .Font.Name = "Tahoma"
        .TypeText Text:= _
        InstalledFont & vbTab
        .Font.Name = InstalledFont
        .TypeText Text:= _
        InstalledFont & vbTab
        .TypeText Text:= _
        "The quick brown fox jumps " & _
        "over the lazy dog.0123456789"
        .TypeText Text:=vbCrLf
    End With
Next InstalledFont

    'Sort list in alpha order, then set tabs
    '& font size
    Selection.WholeStory
    Selection.Sort
    Selection.ParagraphFormat. _
    TabStops.Add _
    Position:=CentimetersToPoints(7)

    With Selection.Font
        .Name = ""
        .Size = 12
    End With

    Selection.HomeKey
    Selection.Delete

End Sub
