It's kinda hard to grab them when they are behind the text, but they CAN be
selected....you just have to click somewhere where there's no text....keep
trying...you will get it

Thanks to Linda's excellent article, I can now move my photos around
wherever I want. The two that I placed behind the text, however, are now
stuck there and won't move, and can't be selected. What mistake did I make
