Thanks Dian I hadn't thought of that. Like all solutions, easy when you've got the knowledge to work it out. It'll be so small, it won't roll to the next page. Note, it's best to set a 1pt style and apply that to it. I have this "bogus" style in my normal template and use it all the time to hide needed markers. With the style, you can easily change it to 15pts to see where the buggers are located or to search them out if you need to, then you can change them back to make them all but disappear again with the 1pt. As it is a single Para marker, I cannot delete it. This is easily enough suppressed in normal use, by just printing page 1, but is a pain in the butt on a Mail Merge, where it inserts a blank page between each valid page. Anybody got any suggestions/solutions. **************************************** Colin McDonald colinmac@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx **************************************** ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
