Looking for ideas.

I am now supporting a person who travels quite a bit with a laptop. The
laptop connects to our network via a docking station in the office. He also
has a docking station at his home but only connecting to the world via DSL
and not logging in to the company network. We have an Exchange Server from
which he uses Outlook when in the office and has access to Exchange via the

He wants the same features when not connected to the network as he has when
he is and he doesn't like the Exchange web access.

Any ideas on how best to support this person would be appreciated.

FYI, I perused Linda's rules tutorials and Microsoft's Outlook support
pages. All good stuff but no spark. I'm thinking maybe we could put up a
rule that forwards all his email to a pop account (like Yahoo maybe?) for
his on the road time but really dunno what might be best.
