Make sure your Folder List is showing (View menu>Folder List)....right click on your Contacts folder and choose properties...in there, click on the Outlook Address Book tab and you will see a box that says "Show this folder as an address book"...put a check in that...Now your contacts should show when you open your address book Linda F.
