Pater- You have to go into the Control Panel and open Mail (or Mail & Fax) to set up Internet Mail in Outlook 97. In Mail, Click on "Show Profiles" then select "Add". When setting up your new service, select "Internet Mail" and follow the prompts. Make sure you set Outlook to use the new profile as the default. Parker Parker Renaud IT Manager Colliers Keenan Inc. Regional settings, computer name, date & time settings) then ran setup on Office 97 and did a 'typical' install. I then went to 'tools' > 'services' > 'add' and, hey presto, there was no 'Internet Mail' I thought the corp/workgroup option only came with Office 2000? Where do I change it in Office 97? I checked the MS KB and came up empty. According to all the articles that I've read, Office 97 is compatable with XP. Does anyone know why 'Internet Mail' is not installed, or how to install it under XP??
