No..I don't get this when I "start" it...like I said, I ONLY get it when I right click on the taskbar button and choose to close one particular email....I don't get it if I open the email and close it by clicking on the X in the corner of the email...I only get it when I right click on the taskbar button and choose Close...and it ONLY happens with Outlook...no other programs Linda F.
