You probably know this, but try this as a first step to recover the lost
menu items Linda:
On the Tools menu, click Customize.
With the Customize dialog box open, right-click the menu you want to
restore, and then click Reset on the shortcut menu.
On the Customize dialog box, click Close.
I'm certain the import/export menu thing came up in the beta forums, but
they are closed know, and the only place I can think of to ask is Sue
Mosher's Outlook-users Yahoo group...
