The Out of Office Assistant is simply a rule in Outlook that is premade for
people who use Outlook on a network with Exchange Server...if you don't use
Exchange Server, you won't have it.
But I wrote an article in Dian's newsletter on how to simulate the Out of
Office Assistant if you use Outlook without Exchange Server here:

And sorry, Christine, I have no idea how to do this with server side
rules...only with client side ones :-(
