As I stated this is a java based web version.
If you are using XP, you may or may not have the Java Virtual Machine
installed.
And though Microsoft can no longer include it with IE , you can still freely
download it from various sites - such as here:
http://java-virtual-machine.net/download.html
or you can download the Sun Java
http://java.com/en/index.jsp
