[mso] Office Shortcut bar is gone.....nowhere to be found....

hello, i loved having the office shortcut bar on the desktop, but it has
somehow disappeared. i did a system resore to two days ago(i had it then) for
other reasons, it has gone. I looked everywhere i could think of. I did find
the folder for it in the office folder, but i am not sure what to do to have it
appear in it's usual form.
any ideas. Is there an exe i should be looking for. I didn;t see one in the
folder, just the shortcuts i had placed on it.
