On my, under Tools, Option, Other tab, right next to the word general =

two check boxes, one for emptying the deleted items folder and one for
making Outlook the Default program. Maybe it has to do with the version =
of
Outlook you are using?

Click on Tools, Options, Other and check mark the box next to Make =
Outlook
the default mail client. =3D3D20
I've never tried to import from MSN, but if you can export your MSN =
address
book to something I'm guessing that Outlook can read it. If you go to =
file,
Import, it will give you the import file type options. I would look =
through
those, see what types it can accept and then determine what you can do =
on
the MSN side.
