Just trying to be a bit forensic here, going by the file name is this plugin to do with instant messaging support in Exchange Server environments? If so, then you can disable instant messaging in Outlook - this is from offline help: Enable Instant Messaging On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Other tab. Under Person Names, select the Enable Person Names Smart Tag check box, and then select the Display Messenger Status in the From Field check box. Worth a try in my book. Maybe the websites for the add-ins have forums or FAQs? You might have more luck talking to people who use this combination, becuz some kind of loop is happening there and I'm sure it's caused by some kind of conflict. If the two add-ins are made by different companies, good luck getting them to make them compatible.... But if it's common for companies to use this add-in combination, then I'm sure there are others out there having the same issue. If you find an answer, I'd love to hear what it is. And, maybe someone else in this group might have experienced this and just hasn't read this mail yet. But, I'm clueless...sorry. Linda F. There is plenty of memory in these machines, for example mine has 1GB of RAM and a Paging File size of 2000-3042MB. The issue is happening on all PC's which have both 'DOCS Open' and 'IPFX for Outlook' installed. Disabling either the ExchEIM.module (DOCS open integration with Outlook) or uninstalling 'IPFX for Outlook' takes the error away. Maybe some sort of conflict between the two? The add-in error comes up for each email that is selected, eg. 200 emails will bring up 200 errors. Interestingly while these errors come up no other application can be launched and Task Manager won't even come up. You can't close out of Outlook either. The only thing that can be done is Enter or Esc through the hundreds of error messages until they stop or hold the PC's power button in, switching the computer off. It's very strange. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
