Is it possible that you are receiving e-mail when Outlook inbox jumps.
Perhaps you don't see the e-mail causing the jump because there is an active
rule that transfers that particular message it out of the inbox. An incoming
mail would first go into the inbox pushing all other mail down. When that
message is moved by the rule to some other folder, or disposed of some way,
the messages will then pop back to the original position. Jim Chapman

Dear group,
Sometimes in outlook while trying to open messages in my inbox the page
jumps and I cannot click on the message that I want, it will do this three
or four times before stopping to allow me put my mouse where I want to. Any
ideas what is causing this?
