Hi em,
It looks like you've got track changes turned on, and show markup comments
on as well.
I'm not sure if you're using Word 2010 or 2007, which I use, but in 2007, go
to the Review tab and click on Track Changes to turn it off. Also, check the
status of the Show Markup button, and turn off what you don't want.
Please post back to let us know if that worked.

I am sure this is a very useful feature at the right time, I just want to
get rid off it. I don't know what I did to turn it on... and this is not the
only document with this problem!... even when you try to print it, all this
stuff gets printed as well.
