I understood that some email filters would filter out large lists in the =
bcc
window. Is this true?

When composing an email in Hotmail click on "Show Cc & Bcc" to the right =
of
the From address. That will add the boxes where Cc and Bcc addresses =
can be
added.

"undisclosed

an
address (account) for "undisclosed recipients" which could be your =
address
before creating an email.
