It seems to me that you need a formula that says:
If the date in the cell is more than six months from the first of (this
month + 6) AND less than six months from the first of (this month +7) then
mark it as 6 months hence.
i.e. =AND(DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(TODAY())+6,1)<=A19,
DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(TODAY())+7,1)>A19)
This should give a TRUE for any date in February 2005.
