It's possible you accidentally dragged the folder inside another folder. Look in your folder list and see if any of the folders in there have a plus sign to the left of them....if they do, click on the plus sigh to expand them and see if the folder is in there. If it is, just drag it back into your inbox or Outlook Today or wherever you want it. Folder disappeared during mail download Mail was being downloaded; there were about a dozen messages to go (the details window was hovering over my mail list and my folders list). I clicked on one of my folders (just left-clicked; didn't rightclick or click and slide the cursor; nothing out of the ordinary), and it disappeared! I've done this many times before -- clicked on one of the folders DURING a mail download -- and all it does it switch to that folder so I can watch the mail come in. This time the folder just winked out. I've looked in the Deleted Items folder and all the other folders -- it's nowhere to be found. A whole folder of business mail gone! I'm afraid to close the program until I hear from you folks. Should I just close Outlook (98) and reopen it and hope the missing folder will reappear? Has this happened to anyone else? If the folder was somehow deleted, is it possible to recover it? Thanks for ANY suggestions, Ess ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=unsubscribe Or, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu.
